  We begin our day with a colorful trip to a nearby Costa Rican farmers market, where the region’s freshest herbs, fruits, flowers, and spices are on full display. Today we leave the mountaintop sanctuary of The Retreat and travel deeper into the heart of the rainforest, arriving at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge, our lush jungle home devoted to regeneration, biodiversity, and sacred connection with the land.

Following our market visit, we head deep into the rainforest to Finca Luna Nueva, our eco-lodge and learning sanctuary nestled among medicinal plants and ancient trees. Check in, settle into your jungle accommodations, and reconnect with the land around you.

🌱 Herbalism Workshop: Beauty from the Earth

  We’ll begin the day with a visit to a local coffee finca, where you’ll walk the rows of vibrant green coffee plants and learn how beans are harvested, roasted, and transformed into one of Costa Rica’s most beloved exports. This isn’t just about caffeine — it's about culture, craftsmanship, and the deep connection between land and legacy.

  You’ll taste coffee at its source, learn traditional brewing methods, and take in the landscape one last time with gratitude and presence.

  🌸 Morning Departures to Airport
